1:04 PR so I will take it!! Lots of room for improvement. Cleans 21 / 10-5 / 9, broke the 15s to get ready for the dips, my arms were feeling dead. First set of dips were terrible, was swaying all over and instead of dropping down really quick I wasted energy trying to correct it. Next time!
