Was shooting for a 3 rep max. Hit 185x3 then 195x2. Felt good so I figured I would go up. Tried 200 for 2 but only got 1. Then tried 210 and missed it then tried it again and battled for the slowest shoulder press ever!! Did this at camp. Very fired up!
