Pressing didn't feel fantastic today. Mixed it up a bit. When working back down I paused on my shoulders for every rep. Focused on being explosive off my shoulders. Pleased with the numbers. Should have hit 190# x2 first but went for 195# x2 and only got it once. I will take it. Liking this lifting.
