Did this one 3 years ago... 2+ round PR today but could have done better. Rested a lot for the shoulder, especially on SDHP (did those in 5's, 3's and 2's, whatever didn't hurt)... 65# thrusters and hang power cleans unbroken all rounds, but dropped the bar between movements. HPC's were tricky, trying not to continually hit the tender knots on my thighs from last week's heavy HPC's. ** At 10 min halfway mark, had 5 rds + 5 + 7
