Well would have definitely had a nice PR despite getting crushed at 6am. 9 SDHP instead of 10. Getting a legit PR would require doing this workout again so I am pretty okay with this instead...All thrusters right into the cleans unbroken, only broke last 2 rounds of SDHP 4-3-2. Left bicep was killing me a few minutes in but kind of worked itself out after a bit. Rested A LOT.
