Notes

Spent too much time screwing around with bands. Blue bands all suck. Started with that but failed 2 in first round so added a red. Then it was too easy but at least I was able to string them all together and work on the dip. So trashed from yesterday and Sat that I didn’t even care. Snatch all unbroken. Also need to figure out how to not take grips on and off. Just leave them on. HR up to 182, trying to rush through snatch to make up time. Splits: 2:36 (figuring out bands)-1:12-1:09-1:21-::40
