2 rep PR on this one. Started off with 12 consecutive reps. Did more of a thruster/jerk with the emphasis on the thruster. Legs got a bit fatigued but just kept moving. Pleased with this. Spent about 50 minutes working on Hang Power Cleans & Hang Squat Cleans. Got up to 305# on the HPC & 315# on the HSC just missed 325#. Next time I want to hit at least 15 reps unbroken. Pretty fun workout. Weighed in at 192# this morning. Feeling amazing! #kinnickbutternation
