Hit this last night. Started off with 10 touch and go reps in 40 seconds. Very happy I did that. Should have gone for more reps on that first set. Was at 20 reps half way through. Huge confidence boost for me. My goal was to go out real hard and push my limits. The jerk wasnt an issue. My quads were at failure. Need to keep working on my squat cleans.
