Wasn't expecting to do better this time around, got 6 more reps than 4 months ago... First time doing box jumps in 3 weeks. Rebounded the 1st round, then jump up - step down after that. Didn't bother my ankle, mostly just feel out of breath from having been sick... 65# thrusters unbroken all rounds. Quads were dying from the get-go, still feeling Tuesday... Had 3 rounds at 5:12
