Only a 2 rep PR, this felt hard today... quads are still tired. Box jumps unbroken but not fast at all, missed once on the 5th round (can't remember the last time that happened). Thrusters and burpees also unbroken. Had 3 rounds at 4:56, 14 seconds quicker than last time.
