Did this 36 seconds faster in January... I'm pretty sure my runs were faster this time, even though they really weren't that great (1:45, 2:01, 2:22, 2:25 - wore a stopwatch)... lost time on my air squats, really feeling yesterday's heavy squats. 1st round was unbroken, 10's for 2nd round, then 10's/8's/7's for the 3rd and 4th round.
