Alone at SAC, instead of the PD. Traded running through 6 doors and along noisy street traffic for the quiet and open track. Also no sharp turns or obstacles to tweak my ankle on again, lol :) I was hoping for somewhere closer to 14. Should have pushed the runs more. Squats unbroken, minus a 2-second pause at 40 on the 2nd set.
