Glad I did this! I need to work on my scarecrow and my lockout! This felt good but it got frustrating because I wanted to get 120 and I couldn't get it....but after class Jason showed me how to work on my scarecrow....I was doing good at getting under the bar but gotta work on the arm technique...progress is being made!
