Still got some work to do on these! I feel good about the movement though...115 felt great...I was having some issues at 120...it just didn't feel solid so I stayed there...One round I missed the snatch and another round I only got 1 rep in...I tried 125 at the end....last time I couldn't get it for 2 reps so I feel good about that....tried 130 afterwards and couldn't get it...130 is my from the ground max so I feel good that my hang is pretty close to my max...getting better!
