uffff, I fell apart on rounds 4-5... Did this in 2016 with 125# deadlifts. Went heavier today with 155#, and 9 seconds faster... Pull-ups unbroken rounds 1-4, then 5/3/2 last round. Burpees unbroken. Deadlifts unbroken rounds 1-3, then 8/4. DU’s unbroken 1st round, 2 sets rounds 2-3, and 3 sets rounds 4-5... Slowed wayyy down on 4th round, felt a pukie coming 🤢
