the only way for me to not suck terribly at running is to run. So here's my first attempt at getting better! Haven't ran more than a mile (at a time) in over a year. A PR is PR. Thighs cramped up REALLY bad about 3/4 of the way. So terrible. Very proud of myself for doing this and not stopping at all.
