PR'd by 7 minutes. havent done this since late '08. running is my mortal enemy. had excruciating pain in my side the whole time. ended up barfing on the way back from pain. had to run with my hand smashing my cramp for me to be able to run and not feel like i was gonna pass out from pain. have had horrible stomach pains and cramping all day. horrible day to do a 5k. had to force myself. oh yeah, and i threw up.
