PR'd and didn't pass out. ran the whole time, only stopped at intersections, UGH. if i didnt have to stop i would've gone faster...legs started cramping. 105 out when i ran...so glad i ran with val, kept myself going. my goal for today was just to finish, and i pr'd! sub 30 next time when its not beastly out.
