Plan in my head was 4min on the rower and everything else slow and unbroken. You have to set an unbroken president in these workouts and a 4min row would take the row out of the equation completely and just leave the workout as a thrusters and pull-up 3 minute sprint. As always though it didn't happen like that. 3:37 on the rower was good slow pace, let it coast with 10m to go and took it easy unbuckling. Legs felt fresh getting off. Straight into 25 thrusters. Then 10-10-5 (Should have gritted my teeth and done 50 - mind games). Pull-ups were 5-5-5-5-5-5 in the worst possible form ever. Just couldn't get my kip right and ended up using arms instead of lats. There's 30 seconds wasted in the thrusters and a minute wasted in the pull-ups. Unbroken time could be 7:09 with a more determined attitude and a smooth kip in a straight set of 30 pull-ups. Pleased to measure an improvement though.
