Notes

Plan in my head was 3:25 on the rower, thrusters unbroken, 5-10-15 on the pull-ups. In reality I took it easier on the rower (about 3:45) then got off and immediately did 10 thrusters. 10 was enough. Took long breaks between each set of 10 thrusters, then immediately did 5 pull-ups. Went for 10 on the next set but it turned into 5. then it was 5's all the way. 5 pull-ups then rest 20s. 4mins on the rower, 3 mins on the thrusters, 3 mins on the pull-ups. Next time around leave the rower 10s earlier and let it coast to 1000m, thrusters in 2 sets, pull-ups in 3 sets to shave off 2 mins.
