Can't believe I used two 45lb dumbbells for this yesterday. Had to do it again today with a 20kg barbell. 3:25 for the row, finished thrusters in sets of ten on about 8:10, was tired on the pull-ups and did 5-5-3-3-3-3-2-2-2-1-1. Couldn't get the chin over the bar sometimes so wasted a lot of energy on failed reps. Really banged out the pull-ups in fives yesterday so I think I might have used up my pull-up credits yesterday. Chuffed to get a _real_ time down for this though.
