Not what I had hoped for but I will take the PR. Used the weight belt because of my back. Started out with 14, then hit another bigger set, then doubles and maybe a few singles. All a blur after the first set but need to improve my efficiency transitioning between reps. Weight was light but kept pulling forward on the way down and smoked my quads. NEXT TIME.
