Well form was good, so that's a plus. Felt like a 30 min hangover that gives way to a worse hangover. Push ups blew. L side couldn't hang today, and one armers suck. Sit-ups were harder than should be (beer fat?). Gotta push air squats a little harder to improve time. Good to get that sit up assberry back...not. Barbara, I dare you to tango again soon. That's right, I dare you.
