Ouch!!! Usually I bang the bar out in a circle the entire time at this weight and my forearms blow the heck up. Today I kept all the snatches close and released my grip at the top. Went unbroken first 2 rounds then 8/7 until the last round busted out 5 (got cut off on my 6th, boo!) Haha I hate this workout.
