16 rep PR, solo at PD, no belt... deadlift unbroken for 95# and 135, did 12/8 for 155, and 185 was 5 then 3's... box step-ups, drop downs unbroken. Finished last set of BJ with 10 seconds left. Was gonna throw the weight on for 205 but prob wouldn't have had time to set up properly for even 1 rep
