Dang, really excited about this. Cruised through the pull ups 30-20-20-20-10. Push ups in 10s for a bit, 5s and random sets at the end. Sit ups unbroken. Squats tried to murder my quads on...succeeded. Last 15 reps were miserable. Great push from Josh on this one.
