PR! Happy with this...pull ups felt amazing! I started out with 10 on the pull ups and then did 8 for a few rounds until I had to drop to 7 and then 6...I should have went harder and kept 10 until I had to drop...I wasn't expecting my pull ups to feel as good as they did.....push ups were hard after pull ups...ab-mat situps are getting better and I just went hard and tried to go fast on the air squats.....tabata is the worst!!! Good wod!
