The PRs keep rolling in!!! PR'd every movement except for ab-mat situps...first time doing this with butterfly pull ups...everything felt good...not sure what's up with my ab-mats but happy with this! Pr'd my pull ups by 18 reps, push ups by 4 reps and air squats by 11 reps great way to end the week!
