5:54 PR, whoo hoo!! :) Total 100 pull-ups, 150 push-ups, 200 sit-ups, 250 air squats, oy! I've only done this RX'd once before, April 2012... PR'd my rounds by 1:06, 1:30, 1:37, 1:12, 0:29... last round killed me... butterfly pull-ups 5-8 to start, then 3-4's, some 2's for the last 2 rounds... rounds 1-2, did push-ups in mostly 3's and 2's until 20, then singles, but hit singles at 12 on rounds 3-5 (lost strength on those because of shoulder)... sit-ups unbroken 1-3, short pauses on 4-5... air squats unbroken all 5 rounds
