Missed this last week, so made it up today. Solo at PD... 5:31 PR from 18 months ago... Butterfly pull-ups much better: 15/5, 11/5/4, 10/6/4, 11/5/4, 10/5/5... Push-ups in much better sets too. Started with 5/4 then mostly 3's. No singles until 4th round... sit-ups and air squats unbroken all 5 rounds... PR'd my rounds by 1:42, 1:18, 0:58, 1:05, 0:28
