PR! yessss, by like 3 minutes. first time doing butterfly and only a little rip :) push ups got to failure fast, but i think it was because of me doing butterfly. sit ups and squats i just kept chugging along and didn't keep track of my reps. back hip was kkilling me on situps and that slowed me a bit. glad i pr'd and did butterfly!
