I was getting back on track of my lifting program...the CF Football Collegiate..so this week is a 5x1. I started at 225 and added twenty pounds. I got brave and tried 300 never tried it before. I was able to get down and I shorted the first try..then I tried again and I pussed out I let the weight beat me. I stopped and let it rest on the stops as soon as I felt it get heavy...so I need to get some balls and DO IT AGAIN!!
