Hard chin check right before the wod, with 110# on the bar :( Started at the same weight as last time but went up after 3 rounds.... 2 squat clean + split jerk: 3 rounds at 112.5#, 3 rounds at 115#... no misses. Need to focus on keeping my shoulders back on the dip, and not whacking my chin w/the bar. LOL
