Squat clean + split jerk -- Exact same as last time, but the jerk didn't feel quite as heavy today. 115# x 2 for all 6 rounds... working on technique. Need to keep my butt under me in the dip, keep leaning forward... Starting to feel more confident overhead. Warm-up: 65, 95, 105, 110, 115 (used to have to make 2.5 lb jumps from 105-115)
