Started at 165# like last week. But! Everything clicked together (finally), and I progressed to 185# easy peasy.. Super pumped about this PR. I'm 10 away from my 1RM of nearly a year and a half ago since my injury and I'm so happy that I've been focusing so solidly on the technique for so long. I'm that much closer to my year end goal - break 200, and go for 245/250.
