Notes

Thought I'd keep going up after 165, but hit the 170# twice before jumping down to 155. Jumped down for technique issues, and built steadily after that. Switched my hand grips a few times, and left forward/right back felt the best. Mostly a mental block with the lifting, but I know I can break that wall. Warm ups numbers = squats 10/12/13, knee raises 6/6/7, push ups 5x3, and pull ups 5/4/3. Focused on proper elbow placement in the last ones.
