Clean ladder at Femme Royale... 1 more point for squat cleans instead of power, so I squatted them all. Focused on fast elbows from the start.... 65, 75, 85, 95, 105, 115, 125, 135, 145... all felt good. 145 was my previous 1RM... got under 155 fairly easily, but couldn't stand it up. Torso was leaning too far forward. Need to stay more in my heels with chest up.
