Well that was demoralizing. Would have been nice to have some consistent weeks leading into something like this, but most definitely didn’t and I got handled. Was at just over 9 mins at the half, so that pretty much tells the story. Lost pace and couldn’t get it back. Feels like I officially lost my engine and it’s not like my strength is peaking either. Need to right the ship.
