Definitely feels like I’m heading in the wrong direction with this workout haha but need to just focus on staying consistent and doing the best I can with what I can do right now. Kettlebell swings were a good sub, felt like the transitions and round speed were as they should have been. Had to take that power clean very seriously haha felt pretty heavy today.
