First time doing any clean & jerk work since we started prepping for Regionals. Did the entire thing with 265# for all the the movements. First minute did 1 Hang Squat Clean & 2 Front Squats. Second minute did 1 Power Clean & 2 Split Jerks. Hit this at the CFK Ontario gym. Thats definitely the heaviest weight that has been lifted at the box. Missed 1 jerk but only because my pinky slipped off the bar. Didn't go up on the squat portion but I will next time. Stoked on this. Feels so good to go heavy again. #kinnickbutternation #smashingweaknesses
