Notes

Did this outside with both Team Kinnick & Kinnick Butter in the BONEYARD!! Moved a lot more weight. Started heavier this time on both movements and ended heavier on both movements. Very pleased with my progress on this. Third week of doing this and building very nicely. Most of the jerks were consecutive split jerks. The best set was the last set. When I catch the bar really high on my shoulders the jerk is easy. Otherwise I struggle on it. After doing all of this I hit 305 & 315 on the hang squat clean + 2 front squats. Next week I want to finish the emom with that and get upto 325 & 335. Super stoked!
