Hit it with Nick, Danny, Chris N, Elyse, & Mel. It was the same as last week. Was much more aggressive on the whole thing. I think I do better when I don't focus on driving my head through on the jerk but instead just driving it up. Did this after some team row repeats this morning around 7am. Crushed my numbers from last week. Its always better lifting with your team! Started heavier and actually went up on my jerk. Ended at 260 for 2 consecutive reps. Definitely feel so much stronger! Looking forward to hitting this again next week! #kinnickbutter
