Strict pull-ups. Slight pain in left shoulder but nothing sharp or sudden. run was slow due to left achilles tightness. KB were all unbroken and used belt, slight pain still in right lower back, but getting better. PU broken in 6/3/3 Warm up Strict PU/PushUp/T2B/AirS 1 & 2 6/12/7/12__3 6B/12B/4/12
