Notes

Very happy with this workout! Finished my 1000m at 4:54....did all 30 of my hspu without coming off the wall!! I took a couple pauses at the top but I stayed on the wall for all 30...very excited about that! The row was the worst! I think it took me about 5 minutes to do that row! At one point I actually stopped rowing and Perry had to come yell at me...it felt like my arms wanted to fall off! Good WOD though! I wanted to get in the 12 minute range and I did! Success!!!
