Same score as last time. Wimped out on the very last run. Had about 45 seconds for the 200m and got just over half way back so about 160m. Could have definitely pushed more on the run but just didn't feel like it. Weak sauce! Focused on just moving consistently through the movements in the box then recovering on the run. Splits were - 2:06, 2:20, 2:20, 2:41, 2:39, 2:46, 2:50.
