Sooo happy with this! I wasn't expecting to make it past the first 3 minutes....my goal was to finish 1 full round and then get at least half of my second set of 10 on the pull ups...surprised myself! Did switch grip and then when that got tired switched to underhand....some of those pull ups were strict towards the end because I just lost my kip....getting better! Just gotta keep on working!
