3 full rounds more than last time (Aug 2013), but last time I did RX+ with 53# KBS (only did 35# today, ran out of 53's)... pull-ups unbroken 1st round, 5/3 for 2nd round, 4/4 for rounds 3-12, then 2's for the last 8... 55# push press and 35# KBS unbroken all rounds. Had 7 rounds at 10:05
