At the PD w/Winnie -- 1 round less than last time (11 months ago), but went heavier on the KBS... did 44# KBS because we only had one 35 lb-er... Pull-ups were just okay. Hands were tender today and had a hard time holding on. 4/4 for the first couple rounds, then 4/2/2 or 3/3/2... KBS and push press unbroken all rounds.
