Notes

RX+ (did 53# KBS instead of 35#)... 2 round PR for a Nate mod with 8 pull-ups for the mu's, but did only a 55# barbell PP instead of 30# DB PP (DB's much harder). For all rounds, pull-ups were 4/4, push press and 53# KBS unbroken. Rested longer than I should have on transitions, but I wanted to make sure I got push press unbroken and stuck to 4's on pull-ups (usually go to 2's and 3's when I get tired).
