PR!!!!! I felt very efficient on all these movements...this is my very first WOD where burpees were unbroken and I didn't stop to rest the whole way through! I did these at a steady pace...kettlebell swings were unbroken for the first 2 rounds then it was 15/6 and 8/7/6 toes to bar were 5/4 for first 2 rounds then 5/3/1 and then 2...felt really good!
